Manufacturing Program

The company M JINDRA s.r.o. shapes following color metals – duralumin, brass, stainless and steel.

Turning

The company performs turning into diameter of 150 mm and length into 450 mm according to the drawing documentation. The minimal number of pieces is 100 pc. Lower orders can be implemented according to a mutual agreement.

Milling

The company performs milling on the following vertical machining centers of MORI SEIKI NV 4000 DCG, MORI SEIKI Dura Vertical 5080 and Mazac Impuls 30H – a double-pallet exchangeable table.

Grinding

Centre-less grinding (on a centre-less grinding machine), continuous and recessing grinding with diameter from 2 mm to 60 mm.

Surface Finishing

The company secures the following surface finishing – hardening, zinc coating and blacking.
